  1. It’s actually still pretty unclear. Technically, anyone can get breast cancer, even “regular” men. Of course, the chances are much slimmer for them than for women. As for what you call shemales, which are transgender/transsexual people, male to female ones have a small risk of breast cancer because their breast tissue is artificial, but female to male have a higher risk, because even though (or if) they got rid of the breasts, there is still residual breast tissue that can be at risk of developing cancer. Then you have to factor in the hormones, because some types of breast cancer are directly linked to hormones. Trans people take transition hormones, which puts them at a slightly higher risk of cancer than those who do not take hormones.
